The challenge was to create a completely new solution for the tool industry. Uproad was the first product to provide such a service on the market. I needed to design the vehicle management flow and payment flow, including subscription, transactions, and wallet.

When I joined the company, they didn't do any type of UX research. I had to work hard to convince the team that we needed to start doing it. In some ways, I took on a design ops role, selecting a tool for user interviews and usability tests. I also created documentation for the team on how to conduct research, which was well accepted and used by many team members.

I facilitate workshops with the CEO, CPO, PMs, and developers. It became a regular practice to brainstorm, plan, define, and analyze UX research. Team members started to better understand each other, and together we found many insights.
